This is going to sound hypocritical of me, since I proclaimed that I hate writing fanfiction only five posts ago, but I was bored and thinking about how there would be fewer Mary Sues if authors based their OCs more on their actual selves than their ideal selves, and...well, this happened.

Other information: Amelia is painfully shy, especially around men, and lacks conversational skills. Her parents were very protective of their only child while she was growing up...maybe a little too protective. She has a tendency to mumble when she's nervous.

Not a pure self-insert (which is good) and hopefully not a Mary Sue, either. I almost feel sorry that I'm not going to write about her...
