No One Would Listen

Just watched the "No One Would Listen" deleted scene from the 2004 Phantom movie on YouTube.

The lyrics are laughable. They sound like the bad emo poetry I wrote when I was fourteen. On the other hand, Gerard Butler sounds significantly better than he did in the rest of the movie.

So what does that say about...whatever?

Probably says that that song was written with Butler's voice in mind, and the others were written for a professional to perform ;-p
